"I'm Never Getting Over You" by Gone West Brings The Group To An End

Over the past three years, Colbie Caillat, Justin Young, Jason Reeves, and Nelly Joy have made up the country group Gone West. The group released the hit single "What Could've Been" before their debut album "Canyons" came out on June 12, 2020.

Now the band has made their final video for the single "I'm Never Getting Over You." Gone West has decided to leave their fans with one last video due to the Colbie Caillat and Justin Young are leaving the band. Caillat announced the end to her engagement with band lead singer Young earlier this year. On Aug. 12, Caillat announced on Instagram she and Young were leaving husband and wife bandmates, Jason Reeves and Nelly Joy.

Gone West's last video covers the emotional single "I'm Never Getting Over You." In the video, Caillat and Young sing to each other as Reeves and Joy play piano and guitar in the background.

The chorus for "I'm Never Getting Over You":

Take a good look at the pain in my face 'fore you walk away

Memorize all the hurt in my eyes, not what I say

I'm gonna give you what you wanted

Though my heart will never stop

Tell you that I'm fine even though I'm not

You're gonna know for the rest of your life

This is true, I'm never gettin' over you

I'm never gettin' over you
